I’ve made this meat loaf and it is my favorite and DH's too. I add a clove of chopped or minced garlic (depending on how ambitious I feel.)

Have substituted ground turkey because I like it better than beef and it is delicious this way too. I just don't put the ketchup on top with the ground turkey but serve mayo on the side for dipping or spredding over the top.

I serve it with either mashed potatoes or mac n’ cheese and a tossed salad or cooked veggies but like it best in sandwiches the next day.

Looks good to me. Haven't had meatloaf in a long time. Yum!

I more or less followed the recipe. I used seasoned stuffing instead of the bread crumbs, and darn, no onions nor dried mustard, but did use regular mustard from fridge. All in all, it was the best meatloaf I have made in a while.

mountain deb, glad you liked it. :-P I'm not sure why this one tastes better than other's I've made because they are all pretty similar but for some reason it does. Thank you for letting me know you liked it.

Wow - you ladies sure have some good ones. Thank you so much and I look forward to trying some of these in the near future. Maybe Hubby will like at least one of them!!

Hi all. Been away with twin grandsons and their brother, (3 and 2 yrs old). New people on this site which is wonderful! Hope to see old friends also now that I get back on. How do I just copy one message rather than the whole thread? XO
