So good & so good for you!

Cut up l peeled butternut squash
3 parsnips
2 sweet potatoes
Cook in big pot in1 box of vegetable stock & 2 cups water
Simmer until mushy. Strain. Enjoy!
Season however you like it. I just use a dash of salt but DD adds freshly ground black pepper!

Tell them I pay a lot of money for that squash! Lucky you.
I also use squash in muffins. It is really yummy & so good for you.
I HOPE to show you pictures of kittens soon. I had to fill out an application, give references, and then they will call my landlord to make sure I can have pets!! In the meantime, I am kittenproofing my apartment. Cross your fingers for us!
