    Default Palmier cookies

A post came up on YouTube about Palmier or Elephant Ear Cookies. It looked interesting because all it needs is store bought Puff Pastry and white granulated sugar. I did them today and they turned out nicely . A quick and easy holiday recipe that I will be doing again.

My mother always used up leftover pastry by rolling it out, dotting with butter and sprinkling with sugar before baking. It puffed up beautifully and the sugar glazed the top. Our economical version.
