Default Pie

What do you do when you don't have enough of one fruit to make a pie? You combine them! It looks like a cherry pie, doesn't it. Nope it is a pear and a handful of Stanley plums.

Hard to believe a few plums are enough to colour a whole pie.

Pear pie is wonderful! It is amazing what fruits go together in a pie and taste great. Your pie looks great.

That looks amazing, was it served with ice cream or whipped cream. No matter which one, you made a beautiful pie.

I have discovered that maybe a cup or a cup and a half of strawberries or raspberries will flavor a rhubarb pie very well. My adult children won't touch a plain rhubarb pie but will clean up one of the flavored pies in a flash.

Wow, I made a fresh peach cobbler and put it in a cake pan that was from my sister. She had it for a very long
time. Was washing up the dishes and stuff I messed with. Heard a loud bang and it blew up in the oven. There
was a zillion pieces of glass all over my oven. I tried to clean the oven out and now am waiting to turn the oven
cleaner on tomorrow morning, And I will open the windows. It will be smoky in here. Ugh!
