Here is what I do with boneless canned Salmon

Add can of Salmon to a beaten egg.
Add some Bookbinder's lemon flavored bread crumbs
Add some Panko bread crumbs
Add some Old Bay seasoning
Add some Lemon pepper
Add a squirt of Lime
Mix all together & divide into 3 patties.
Fry in a small amount of butter.

And it's what I'm having for dinner tonight, along with some mac & cheese
