Crab Cakes
 
1lb crab meat or fake crab meat

1cup cut peppers

1 egg

2 tbs Worchester sauce

1 tsp lemon

2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup crushed crackers

1 tsp mustard

Mix everything together at one time but leave a little lumpy

make into patties

powder each side of pattie w/ flour

fry in olive or corn oil until both sides are golden brown


then eat and enjoy

That looks easy to make. What type of peppers??

I use the recipe on the side of the Old Bay seasoning can. Grew up in MD and they don't get any better than these! - Computer not being kind so this will look messy. Cut crusts from 2 slices of white bread and cube. 1 lb. crab meat; 2 tablespoons of mayo; tsp of mustard; 1 egg beaten; 2 tsp of old bay. Mix all together either fry in oil or broil. These are delish.

Green , red and yellow peppers, I cut them into rectangles appx 1 inch long

I will give the old bay recipe a try the next batch I make

I've used the recipe on the back of Stove Top stuffing, it's pretty good, but you'rs sounds better. I'll try it next time.

What I would like is the recipe from G & M Restaurant in Maryland......or maybe a kopykat? The absolute best!!!
