I love this recipe and its so easy and tastes good too..
Use: 1 Egg
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Peanut Butter
Mix the ingredients together and roll them in inch balls thru sugar on a plate then put on a nongreased cookie sheet.Use a fork to make a criss-cross on top..Then bake for about 8 minutes on 350 degrees..When they come out sprinkle just a small pinch of sugar on top and they are done..This recipe makes about 20 cookies..Enjoy!
Ps.My daughter was in a hurry making things for a get together for Christmas..She called me laughing and telling me she mixed up the ingredients for this recipe..She said"Mom you wont believe this I mixed 1 egg,1 jar of peanut butter and a cup of flour..Im glad I didnt get any of that batch!lol For a change on this recipe you could always add a few chocolate chip morsels to the tops of the cookies for that" Reeces Pieces" taste.

Have to try this one! The grandkids could make them, and I could even let the little guy in on the fun. He felt left out when his sis was making the cocoa drops. I just couldn't let him stir that hot mixture. Have you ever tried having two little ones on chairs at a hot stove at the same time? this grandma is too nervous for that!!LOL

What ... NO FLOUR????? How does it 'stay' together?

I'm making cookies today and will give it a try - thanks.

Sounds good. Yes I have had two little ones on chairs helping me cook at the same time. I pay more attention to them than the recipe.

Thanks for the reminder to make some of these cookies. This was one of my daughters favorite to make cookies when they were younger, and with only 3 ingredients was very easy to remember and to make.
