Ha! Ha! Two of my absolute favorite foods help reduce cholesterol; salmon and avocado. I tended to avoid both until my Dr told me I could eat as much as I liked (sauces and add-on are a problem though) as the healthy benefits of lowering my cholesterol was well worth any extra calories!

Guacamole is absolutely delicious with salmon and with steak. I find myself eating a lot fewer carbs and starches since DH went keto. Just not worth the extra effort of cooking two meals.
