For a quick, delicious, low-fat and low-cal dessert/snack, stir together:
1 small sugar-free, fat free jello (any flavor) the usual amt. of boiling water, and, 1 - 6 oz. light yogurt (flavor of choice to compliment jello flavor) It's light; it's tastey! Enjoy |

I use a pk of SF jello,1 1/2 C water....then stir in a 4-6oz pk of yogurt.
