This is so good and easy, we have it very often!
3-4 pound roast beef 1 package onion soup mix 1 package Itialian dressing mix 1 can beer Cut roast into chuncks and place in slow cooker. Sprinkle the mixes over the meat. Pour can of beer over this and cook on med. or low 4-5 hours or high 3 hours. Remove meat and thicken liquid with flour. Serve over noodles. We love the leftovers over baked potatoes. No need to use seasonings of any kind! |
Thanks. That sounds like my kind of cooking.

Sounds yummy, but I have a question. Is it literally a piece of beef used for making a whole roast beef (like the kind you get in the deli department) or a piece of beef you make pot roast from? I just want to make sure I get the right cut for when I try this out... thanks!
