I always cook a pork loin in the crock pot, comes out great, never dry, and makes the best pulled pork ever. For those wanting sweet potatoes too, with couple hourse left to cook, place layer of foil ontop of loin and place sweet potatoes on top and finish cooking. Perfect!

I can't wait to try this, I love the way food cooking makes the hose smell so good, I bet this will for sure!

I love pork loin and cranberry, the thought of trying them in the crock pot with onion soup mix is something I am going to try next weekend! We have a large backyard party coming up in a few weeks, expecting a ton of people, and my DH wants a pulled pork to go with the regular hot dogs and hamburgers we are going to make. Cant wait to try it.

Try pork loin with sauerkraut. Yummy!

I also sprinkle garlic and fennel seed on pork. Another yummy!

I have a pork roast in the crockpot with cranberry sauce as we speak. The house smells divine. Can't decide if I should make German potato salad or just slap this stuff on a hoagy roll.

Thanks for posting this! I have some pork in the freezer, and it will thaw in the fridge by the 4th if I get it out right now. Off I go...
