I'm going to try this. It sounds good, I love chicken pot pie. If it wasn't bed time, I would make some now. Thanks

this sounds great. I'm going to try using fresh peas and carrots (alot of carrots from the garden). Think it will work or should I precook the veggies first???

I would probably pre cook the carrots as the chicken is already cooked and I don't know if they would get tender by the time the rest of the pot pie is done.
