Mezzalune pasta (fresh pasta half moons stuffed with sundried tomatoes, olives, capers and cheese) with a quick tomato sauce, and salad. Easy peasy.

We had ham, baked sweet potatoes, and cranberries. For dessert we had orange custard chocolate chip ice cream.

I usually cook supper (dinner to some) for my kids and grands on Fridays. Tonight it's hamburger steaks in brown gravy, butter beans, stewed potatoes, and cornbread.

Bob Evans, 3 course meals (I had blackened fish, green beans, soup, and dessert (fudge sundae - took it home). He had the 3 course turkey and dressing, mashed potatoes, salad, and same dessert. Plus pumpkin bread and rolls.

Not bad really. No clean up.

Fresh grilled Alaska salmon with lemon/mustard/mayo sauce and broccoli with butter and lemon juice. Yum!

Must be a salmon night. I had salmon, kimchi (spicy pickled korean cabbage) and air popped pop corn.

Not sure about tonight but Wednesday I made a pork schnitzel with pickle gravy. I didn't know how it would turn out but it was really good with mashed potatoes and broccoli. You make a white gravy with minced dill pickles, a jalapeno pepper and minced green onions. It was delish.

That does sound good. Never heard of pickle gravy; but could do without the jalapenos. Can you elaborate on that recipe, please?

Nothing jalapeņo for me too....why do some think one had to burn inside of mouth to be tasty! I remember when recipes did not call for jalapeņo or now chipotle ..........
