I love the Lean Cuisine spaghetti and meatballs. And Lots of their other things. I'm not single, but Mr. Stitchnripper is happy with some chicken done in the George Foreman with a bag of vegetables from the microwave. I'm even tired of eating that. I don't like to eat out all that much. Too expensive and too many calories, so we can usually put a meal together.

Don't laugh. Tonight we are having Kraft Mac and Cheese, Sautéed Broccoli, and glazed carrots. Can you believe my mother had never had Kraft Mac and Cheese or glazed carrots until I introduced her to them a couple of years ago.

Goulash and cornbread made from scratch. Goulash is one of my hubby's favorite meals, and - it's a one-pot dinner! I add some rotel tomatoes to mine because we like it spicy.

It's a nice change to eat out every so often....most of our meals are fixed and eaten at home.

Plus everybody gets what they want....I like fish, him not so much. I love vegetables, again him no so much unless it is a potato, etc. etc.

that is the thing, it doesn't have to burn the inside of your mouth.. A good cook knows how to add just the right amount to give it that hint of a kick, but still taste all the other flavors, yum.
