Yogurt Pie

Easy and light as a feather. Have all containers open and work fast because it sets up quickly.

1 small graham cracker crust. (remove cover & save it)
1 container whipped topping (my favorite: Extra Creamy)
1 small box sugar free jello. (any flavor, but jello & yogurt must be of the same flavor)
2 containers yogurt (individual size)
1/4 cup boiling water

in large bowl whisk boiling water with jello. Make certain it all dissolves together, then add yogurt with a kitchen whisk. Combine well. Fold in whipped topping with rubber spatula and again combine well. Pour into crust, turn plastic cover from crust upside down to form dome over pie and chill.

I would make my own crust--isn't that hard to do.

I have made this using cream cheese instead of yogurt. It's tasty and super simple to make.

i make the cream cheese version too. 1/2 cup powdered sugar whipped with the cream cheese and a drop or so of milk, fold in whipped topping. Pour into graham crust and top with 1/2 can cherry pie filling mixed with 1/2 tsp almond extract or blueberry pie filling and 1/2 tsp lemon extract. A family favorite.
