Equal parts

vinegar (most times I use white, sometimes balsamic or others)
raspberry jam or jelly (sugar free or regular jam)

Mix well together. (I use an immersion blender)
Keeps in frig well.

Variations ... any kind of jam/jelly you want and add in other herbs/spices for extra zip

Eg.
* marmalade with ginger or other spices
* blueberry or rhubarb jams with cinnamon
etc.

The possibilities are endless!

Thanks! similar to mine, just proportions are different. Looks like it'd be very oil-y! I like the punch from vinegars in dressings.
Me too! I like extra vinegar and less oil. Most folks I know like it more 'traditional' so I make it that way for others. When making a little salad for me I go heavier on the vinegar and lighter on the oil. Tastes better IMHO and is healthier.
