Use any fresh and or canned (in it's own juice) fruit and as many as you can think of. Save the juice from one or two cans of fruit. In the juice, mix a box of sugar free cheesecake instant pudding mix, pour it over the fruit, mix and chill.

About how many cans of fruit will the one box of the instant pudding handle. I am cooking for church and would like to do this recipe. I will be preparing for about 35 people and my thought was to use those institutional size cans of fruit. Any help you can give will be appreciated. Thank you. Dixie in AL

I pm'd you. I got that message first. You probably don't need institutional cans, I'd just use two of the regular size ones, throw in some grapes, bananas, kiwi, etc. Sometimes I use a couple of cans of the tropical fruit cocktail.
