    I don't fry bacon, I cook it in the oven. No grease splatters at all. I use a deep roasting pan. I cook a batch at one time and keep in fridge for sandwiches and salad. If I do fry, I keep a glass lid on the skillet.

    we make bacon in the oven sometimes too. also in microwave

    A long time ago I learned to fry bacon in oil, it fries up nice and even with no raw spots.
