I love butter chicken but I've never had it in a crock pot. Would you share your recipe?

Pot Roast with lots of carrots and potatoes! Now that the weather has turned to COOL in TX, I am cooking and baking up a storm. Just made some Pumpkin Bread (from a Libby's kit). The family loves it.

A few years back I found a potato soup recipe that I decided I'd try. It called for a bit of cheddar cheese. But I had plenty of cheese so I added bunches. It was delish! But has to be called cheese soup with potatoes instead of just potato soup.
I make potato soup with Swiss Cheese and Ham for Christmas day. It only takes 30 minutes.
