Sour Kraut cheese ball
I need a recipe for a sour kraut cheese ball, and have all the ingredients here to make one, but don't know the correct mixes and amounts. Can someone help me out here. I ate some at my hairdresser's last week, and it is delicious; if you can believe it.

Thanks. I see a boo-boo of mine, I kept thinking "sour" was not right when I typed this last night. Please forgive my spelling (whoever the police are) and I'll try to remember "sauerkraut".....Merry Christmas everyone.
