Spice Crackers
Ingredients: 2 bags oyster crackers
1 cup oil
1 package dry ranch dressing mix
1 tsp dill
1 tsp garlic powder
Mix all ingredients except crackers
Put crackers and mixed ingredients in large ziploc bag
Shake
Let season for 1 hour
Put in festive bowl or eat right from bag
These are best eaten same day they are prepared.
Enjoy!

I don't mean to butt in on your conversation, but... I use raw oatmeal in my meatloaf, too. I use the original rolled oats, not the quick-cooking kind. After it is mixed, I let it set a while so the oatmeal can absorb some of the moisture, then I bake as usual. This is a good way to add more fiber as well as more nutritive value to your meal.

These crackers are so good. We call them beer crackers. I just mix the ingredients in a large bowl, add the crackers and mix well, and stir every once in awhile for a couple of hours. Amazingly they're not oily. Yummy.
