Spinach Apple Salad - serves 4-6

2 TBSP cider vinegar (I used organic apple cider vinegar)
2 TBS veg. oil (I used extra virgin olive oil)
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp sugar
1 cup diced unpeeled apple ( I used pink lady)
¼ cup chopped sweet onion
¼ cup raisins
2 cups torn fresh spinach
2 cups torn romaine
1. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, salt & sugar; mix well. Add apple, onion & raisins; toss lightly to coat. cover & let stand 10 min.
2. Just before serving, combine the spinach & romaine in large salad bowl, add dressing & toss.
Got this recipe from a Taste of Home magazine, it was yummy!
