Your search engine must be smokin' as you find the most interesting things! Thanks for another great recipe--I've never used the doritos--who knew? My kids are thinking this is a keeper!

Frito Salad
I make a very similar salad, howeve rmine is a Frito salad for mine.
1-2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped green bell pepper (optional)
1 can of drained Ranch Style beans
Iceberg Lettuce shredded - about half a head for a large salad
1 pkg. regular size Fritos
1/2 of a 1 lb of Grated Sharp Chedar Cheese more if you really like cheese
Catalina dressing

Mix all together and add Fritos and dressing last.
(Note if you aren't going to serve immediately, mix everything but the Fritos and dressing) otherwise the Fritos become soggy.

Very quick and easy to prepare everything ahead of time and take to a quick luncheon for office or school meetings.

What's in Ranch Style Beans? I can get Chili Beans, but what's in yours. I'm assuming Texas has some heat in it...right?
