    Default Thanks.....

A while back there was a discussion on spaetzles.....maker and making.....I was intrigued.....so I found a reasonable priced maker and last week made a batch to go with beef stew........yummy........it sure makes a lot, so next day took some of leftover and sautéed with fresh chopped spinach and mushrooms as a side with salmon steak...have some more...planning to do "something" with this last bit today. Just had to say thanks...they were fun to make, good tasting( love anything pasta ) and versitile .........will introduce this as a side dish for next " family" dinner....probably Easter........

Where did you purchase your maker from. What brand did you get. I tried using a colander and made a mess.

I went to amazon and ordered the cheapest one....about $15. First I checked local retailers for that one...said bed, bath, beyond had it...tripped over there...got the deer in the headlights look...they are refurbishing there stores getting new stuff, eliminating some....apparently this was an eliminate!!!!!so back home and ordered....fun to do...I actually used the recipe on the packaging of it.......
