Too much Zucchini!

Spicy Zucchini Meat Noodle Dish
Cook 1Lb. of ground meat (beef or chicken, whatever you prefer) with a
pinch of salt, 2 cloves of garlic, tsp white pepper, and tsp red pepper.
Cook until meat is browned.
Dice up that zucchini, and
diced large onion, add to meat, cook until onions are cooked.
Add 1- 14.5 oz can of TraderJoe's Diced & Fire Roasted tomatoes with green chiles. (2 cans if you want more tomatoes)
Cook for 15-20 mins.
Serve over favorite cooked pasta.
