Breakfast is usually either toast, or oatmeal and fruit, with coffee and juice.
Lunch when I am working is usually a Lean Cuisine meal and yogurt with fruit.
Supper...depends on what is in the house. Once or twice I cook supper, and then eat that for the next several days. Or on weekends I will make a big pot of soup and eat that, usually with some good bread, and a salad.

I do like to cook, but it isn't always fun cooking for one, so I go in spurts. Once in awhile, instead of really cooking a meal, I will have popcorn for supper, along with a slice of cheese, some fruit, and some veggies...sounds kinda strange, but it gets in all the food groups, and it fills me up.

Since I am from Cuba, all our meals are Cuban style, in the morning is coffee and milk called cafe con leche it is similar to the latte from McDonald but with sugar, our lunch and dinner always has white rice and beans specially black beans or red beans, we like to eat pork and red meat but our food is not spicy, (not Mexican style) ours has flavor but not hot. we like to drink espresso coffee specially in the morning and after meals ah there is a root called yucca we love to eat that too and the tamales with pork they are really good. if some here wants to know how to make something like that let me know so that I can post dishes from cuba like midnight sandwich for lunch. and I love also since I move to Tennessee the southern food specially the pulled pork.
