As far as I know, NONE of the computerized machines get oiled! Ever! I have several Brother's & none of them are supposed to be oiled. I don't know anything about that model, though?? :?:

I have about 3 different sizes of Ghingers & love them but be careful.....Only ONE blade is supposed to be sharpened! I took mine to a scissor sharpener at Hancock's, he ruined them by sharpening...
