Question on quilter

My switch on the front of my quilter is not attached, when we try to attach it(Wire it back up) it still doesn't work, how can I know it's bad and where do I get a new one?

thanks everyone, this is a "Design a Quilt" brand it is on a 12' table, no real instruction book so I am winging it. lol since this is my first try on my own (have played with several on display)...
