contact them. I've had two cutters replaced for free. Just had to scan a pic of cutter and in about 3 weeks had a new one in the mail..no questions asked. Great company for cust service.!!

I have the gizmo..never use it. Just pin at each end. I sew from the top down one inch. then the bottom one inch. sew from top to bottom! No HANG OVERS at all! Save your money for fab!! IMHO

Have two summer quilts for us. Just love them but then are on our bed. I use high quality flanned sheets for backing. Lap quilts alway batting and backing.
