Yes! I figured this same thing out a while ago. I use my time for people I care about and who value my time and effort. I also do not sew for money as it takes the enjoyment out of the project.

The fabric I got for $1.50 was not the cheapy stuff they get in occasionally but the $5-6 stuff that they marked down so they didn't have to move it to the new store. This is name brand, quality...
