    Heat it with the iron, use a pin to scratch the paper. This gives you place to peel. Not in a corner, on the side. It should peel free ok. Just keep heating as you remove the paper.

    If you are referring to the bowl holders, I always use warm and white. I haven’t heard of any problems. I do think the time in the microwave needs to be limited to warm ups.

    I have found this to be best for me. The envelopes go into loose leaf notebooks.
