Grease for motor?
I have a 99K, and wondering about how to grease this motor. I can’t find an online adjuster‘s manual for this wonderful machine, or find that it’s clearly apparent what to do by looking at the motor....

Really, there should be two of those dome shaped/Belleville washers. Are important because they are what gives the assembly some spring. They are also called a spring. One goes behind the heart...

This is why winder assembly won't stay up toward the belt guard/handwheel. Chances are, it's the washer needing to be replaced. My thumb is resting on the belt guard.

Probably just needs a new washer. Mine was worn out and did the same thing. If you don't have a cupped washer, just use a regular washer + the old one. That will keep the winder assembly up against...
