    Here are what I have made over the years as gifts. I have made "Potato Pouch", casserole carriers out of place mats, aprons from kitchen towells and various pot holders. I love all of your ideas!!

    I use rubber tips from Staples too. I would cut a piece of moleskin and stick them inside in the place where I push the needle through. It help keep the needle from poking through.
