The only thing that's annoying is that all the acufeed ankle and feet are removed with a screw driver. Not like the newer models that just pop on and off the acufeed ankle.

I always cut the corners off the tape measure before putting the masking tape on them, plus if I'm using a flimsy tape measure I just use two on each side and tape them together.

Hey, little quilts keeps the dogs and cats off the furniture and you just throw the quilt in the wash. Plus with the kitty ones, you can throw in a little cat nip into the layers before you quilt it.

I never quilt without it. I have a top loading bobbin too, but most of the stuff I do is small so I don't usually have to change the bobbin. It does help and the painters tape works to keep it down...
