I did a bargello heart quilt (first quilt I ever made) It used 12 different fabrics also. I found it to be fast and beautiful.
I like that yours is very bright and colorful.

I have a friend that had the same price problem...
I have a friend that had the same price problem with Huskavarna. She used it until it had to go in the shop again and sold it. Got a Brother machine.
