Did you make a center for these plates? Or did you just lay the pieces to the plate on top of that background fabric? This is a beautiful quilt by the way ❤️

Sewing clips

I've heard many say they use those clips , instead of pins for binding. I tried it.Failed. I do use them here and again to help hold something in place, but binding!!! Couldn't get that. Any helpful...

Tying Butterflies.

My friend did cross stitch butterflies. Then asked me to make a throw quilt. Tied that for her, used flower shape buttons! Helped give white blocks some color !!
