mix some (1/3 cup) equal amounts, coconut oil and baking soda with a few drops of lemon oil. opt ..mix well , put a good coat on the tape sticky and let set 15 min or more it should wipe right off...

I have glued many using Poly and I did thin my glue down ..with water and let dry overnight.. worked great.. so all that rollin' may not be needed............some maybe.. but no need to really squish...

or possible spraying it with vinegar and letting it set in the sun... just a few idea's

I use ....ISOPURE... can get flavored or plain... never had a taste i could tell.. and i do use it often.. in my low carb cooking get it on amazon but it lasts a long time...
