    I love my Janome 8900 QCP. I believe the 9400 is the upgrade version. Both have the 11" throat which is great. That said, keep up your research and test drive. Find the one that fits you best.

    I love my Studio cutter. I use it for myself and for cutting kits for Quilts of Valor. It is great for cutting lots pf pieces quickly. I had the original Go and Baby Go, then upgraded to the Studio....

    Glad you had so much fun. That's how I started as well. I lived in a condo and was able to rent LA time at my LQS. That was what I did for several years until we retired and I was able to get my own.
