This came up on another thread recently and some members couldn't visualize it. So I took a pic of mine.
Note: I don't use an empty TP roll, but a half used one as the empty ones left too many creases on the last foot or so of my binding.

Someone has already gone one step further. You can buy a notion from Clotilde called a Binding buddie that looks like a wooden spool with a neckband. It reminds me of a tinkertoy. Personally, I have neck pain and having anything hanging around my neck like would be too painful.
