Default An exercise in Tangle, Zen that is.........

Decided to try the ZenTangle thing, so with pen in hand, I threw caution to the wind.. Its a good start I think. I layered two pieces of white broadcloth and used black thread. The back is interesting too. I think I will bind the edge and keep both sides as reference. This will be the first of several subjects.

PS, can you tell she looks tired and somewhat sad? Yeah, I've been under the weather its funny how your work will reflect your persona!

Thing at is wonderful. Having to do a continuous line for quilt is a challenge. The back does look good too.

I feel like that today. Really did not want to get up. But wait. Today is the first. Yes, I feel little better. I get my secret pals name today and I start sewing my doll quilt I just joined. Things looking up. I do a little zen drawings. I never really knew it had a name until I got on here. I think I need to try this on fabric also. Thanks for the inspiration today.

You are quite the artist. Drawing is my very lowest talent.

"I threw caution to the wind..."

Good for you -- that's what I need to do. I really like this type of art but doubt my abilities. Thanks for inspiring us to go for it!

Wow, you are doing great, even in your funk. I have a book and have been meaning to start practicing....I think you inspired me to hunt for the book.
