Silly me.. I never realized that typing darn does look like typing dam.. I'll be very careful when and where I type that now.. Why didn't I ever see that before? Good thing you pointed that out, just think of all the people I could have upset!

Well, I always think of something an old boss of mine taught me on my first day of work for him. He was a dentist and told me that you never say "Woops". So when I make a mistake I just smile and go on with what I am doing. Makes the mistake seem not so bad.
Lol!!! My dentist/boss many years ago said the very same thing..."never say woops in front of a patient"!

When in polite company...sugarfoot or horsefeathers. Other times, I do cuss, but I'm trying not to do that. (Need help)

I don't think the words I say can be mentioned here! But, I sure have learned a lot of new expressions from reading this thread! Too cute and a lot of the phrases bring back memories!

As a lone quilter I swear liberally and frequently...despite my middle name being Grace and my first name being the Spanish equivalent (my parents must have been desperate!).

Hi I'm Irma from Louisiana. I know just how you feel . It seems I can't quilt on my inspira /mega quilter without puckers. Does anyone have an answer on what to do to keep from it?
