Ah, no. It's not big deal. It arrived on 9/11 for some perspective.

I just thought it was amusing and a reminder to mail items in plastic bags. One time, a bag of letters sent to Iraq ended up in a nasty liquid. No problem as I always double bag everything I send.

Bag your swaps and whatnots!

Someone was always flicking a cigerette into the post office
mail box. I guess they got their Jollies out doing this but
they finally caught a 15 year old doing it and made an ex-ample out of her and no one did it for a long time. I think
I have the newspaper clipping of it as my hubby was a mail man and had a scrap book of his 33 plus years there.
