    It's just lovely!! Is the background purple or blue batik? it looks like a gorgeous deep purple on my monitor but I know how funny colors are on the computer. Thanks for posting!

    OMG, that purple quilt is gorgeous! You better hide it from my daughter, if she ever finds out where you live, you will be short one quilt :-D :-D But don't worry, I know where SHE lives ;-)

    Mine is a block from a sampler BOM called "Heartland Heritage" from designer Pam Buda of Heartspun Quilts that I did through the Fat Quarter Shop last year. I have all the blocks done, but that's as far as I got before I had to stop to make a wedding quilt for my son. I'm looking forward to finishing this one which will include sashing and a couple of borders (see pic of completed quilt below).
