:-) I agree with the others. You put a lot of work in your quilt, it is very very nice. I'm like you, I sometimes don't know when to stop. Great job.

Personally, I would add the darker pieced border.

And here's why -
The quilt is great as it is, but look how the light border just disappears, even again the wall. It fades out. The darker border will frame the whole quilt, and then the lights will REALLY sparkle.
Agree!! Audition, take pics, lay out the blue against the yellow outer border and than compare.
I agree here too, add the blue, narrower, to frame in and set off the yellow sparkly border and the whole beautiful quilt!!

I love it as is. I think one more might be one too much.

I would leave the quilt as is unless you need a bigger size.

I agree. The light border will be framed & stand out more.

It is beautiful as is, but personally , I would put a blue border to keep your eye from going from the center and out of the picture because there is the light border that lets your eye leave the piece. You have done an awesome job so far and it will look wonderful whatever you decide. I am looking forward to see the finished quilt. Merry Christmas.

I was taught that the darker fabrics should be in the outer border, so I agree you need a dark border on the outside, blue would be beautiful and really show off the yellow border.
