The problem is there is no pattern. My friend who showed me how to begin this didn't mention anything about getting a pattern....I just picked out a block I liked from a book (nine patch) and after I had made some of those I decided to make some four patches....and I decided to use sashing because my grandmothers quilt has it....lol.

So who's to know but you that it was supposed to have cornerstones?!?! I don't add them when I quilt only because by that time I am just ready to be done and on to the next step (getting finished). :lol: :roll: :lol:

I love this quilt just as it is. I would leave it this way and go on to the next project.
