Yikes! I, too have subscribed to that magazine for a year to see if I liked it. I have decided not to renew when my subscription runs out. Hasn't happened yet so I haven't received any of these threatening letters. But, you can be sure that if I had been undecided about it and received one of these letters that it would have made my decision even easier. So sorry you have had to deal with this.

I just happened upon Fabric Trends Magazine and I love it. I will not subscribe but I thought it was a great magazine not the usual quilt stuff.

The number as listed is for Skype. Clicking it would directly connect you using your Skype account.

I used to keep all my quilt magazines organized by the name of the magazine in chronological order. About 3 yrs ago I decided it was time to go through them, rip out the designs I thought there might be a chance I would actually make in this lifetime and toss the rest. The more I went through the more I realized that the vast majority just repeat the same patterns over & over again with the pineapple design being the most prevalent! Boy did I feel ripped off after that! It was kind of interesting seeing how much sewing machines have changed over the yrs as well as how much the price of quilt shop quality fabric has gone up, but that is not enough to make me keep renewing subscriptions & putting up with the hassle.

I hate when they assume I will continue with a subscription.

I dont even order magazines any more because of this. If I order magazines for 1 year, that is what I want, 1 YEAR.

Just ignore them. I look for a postage paid envelope with about the 2nd notice to renew. If there is one, I send something back saying no, on their postage. They are just trying to intimidate you. Nothing they can do and who cares about their files?

You know, sometimes they will have a really, really cheap deal and when you read the fine print, it tells you that they will automatically renew unless you tell them. I usually just pass on those deals
