Does anyone else get your old blades sharpened - either by a company or with your own machine. I had some done recently at L.P Sharp in MN. Website is www.lpsharp.com

Thanks girls. and boys I just ordered from HF 15 pack of blades. They were on sale for $1.49 a pack. With shipping and taxit is still a great deal. thank You We don't have a store for HF in Arizona. The Cloest one is Calif. I'll be doing the happy cutting dance nowl. I bet after we talk on this board the orders for blades just come pouring in and they can figure it out. What the heck is going on????

Well, I sent my husband over to our Harbor Freight to pick me up a package of their blades, and I tried cutting some strips with one of them this a.m., and it wouldn't cut through even one layer of fabric! None of you have this problem with them??? I use an Olfa rotary cutter...are you using a different cutter with them? I sure don't understand all this!

I have looked at our Harbor Freight and have never found rotary cutter blades. Are they in most Harbor Freight locations?

not really a bad price, it does work pretty good...so if you do the math, and say you just bought a rotary cutter and it came with a FREE blade, and you bought this machine to sharpen that blade after each use of an hour..and your blade lasted you 10 years would it be worth it...how many blades(even at HF prices) do you think you will use in 10 years?? More than $70 worth? NOW, also consider that you are the ONLY person in your guild with that machine, and you can now charge $1 per blade to sharpen blades for others.....how much did that machine just cost you?????

I live in IN and don't think we have a FH in our area. What size of blade ? I'm a quilter also and need new blades and willing to pay postage if someone could get me some. JoAnn's is too high for me. Thanks, lastroseofs

I had the same problem with the first package I opened...I found I had put both blades in the rotary cutter. They come as a two pack, so double check that you only have one in the cutter.
