That is a really wonderful poem. Really hits home with me cause I slept with my "blankie" til I was married and had to give it up.

We Moved when my children were in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. New rooms...new bedding. The youngest wore holes in the satin binding of his blanket. When he went to 4H sleep away camp that blanket was inside his sleeping bag. Well washed...well loved.
