You know what they say that only God makes perfection so try not to be too upset about it. I am sure the person you are giving it too will love it even with the mistake.

Looks great I wouldn't have known if you had not pointed it out.

It's wonderful and unless you tell, NO ONE will know. I would be happy to receive it as I'm sure the person who receives it will be.

I am really sorry that this happened to you. I was at a Quilt Camp not long ago and I had made a mistake and the lady beside me said "don't sweat the small stuff" only God is perfect. How true that is. Unless you point it out no one will really notice.

It looks to me like it is supposed to be that that part of the quilt is to be at the head of the bed. No problem to my eye!

Here is a little gift to cheer you along. God sent him for Mothers' Day.

I feel your pain. I put a side border upside down on a quilt I was giving to my son (one of my first). I removed all the stitches over to the seam the entire length and width of the quilt, removed the piece and took it back to the quilter. She did a wonderful match job. Great lesson learned and that is all I can take it for.

God didn't mean for any of us to be PERFECT. I am sure they are still going to love it simply because of all the love that is in it.

I am sorry for you, too; but, do you know that the recipient will notice it for a mistake?
