good to hear from fellow icelander I live in Maine and have lived in the USA for 46 years and like most girls from Iceland I knit and quilt og tala lika islensku I have worked as a school busdriver for 25 years and this year I gave it up just to stay at home.Well to make a long story short Iam 63 years old have hubby name Charles
"dottir" Katrin Steinunn 46 two grandkids Margret Steinunn 17 Jacob Lee 13 and an Icelandic dog name Edda .

Welcome from North Dakota. One year, (1958-59)I taught school, grades 3, 4 and 5 at Mountain, North Dakota which is the largest Icelandic settlement outside of Iceland. I loved it and would love to visit Iceland some day. Welcome to this wonderful quilting group! Lots to look at and learn!
